According to The Law on Environment, from 1 In January 2006, the implementation of the new legal obligations for the industry, which refer to Integrated pollution prevention and control, began. This system of ISKZ permits is covered by two chapters in the law:

  • chapter XII - Integrated Environmental Permits
  • chapter XIV - Permits to comply with operational plans

Chapter XV of the same law refers to the prevention and control of accidents with the presence of dangerous substances.
