MaSWA is an association of more than 30 companies, NGOs and individual experts from multiple fields working in the segment of sustainable waste management in Republic of North Macedonia, and is also a national member of ISWA – the International Solid Waste Association. Using its expertise and experience and already applied positive practice, MaSWA through its activities strives to contribute to the creation of a sustainable waste management system, by encouraging greater application of the principles of the circular economy.

The annual conference is of an international nature, and in addition to local experts, international experts as well as representatives of ISWA will take part in it.
