Обезбедени 70 милиони евра грант од ЕУ за Пречистителната станица во СкопјеThe construction of a treatment plant for the city of Skopje will be the biggest project in the field of environmental protection so far implemented in our country, but at the same time the biggest challenge.

2- We, as the Government, close the financial construction and enable the start of the construction of the wastewater treatment plant for the City of Skopje. After securing the finances, the obligation of the City of Skopje remains to complete the expropriation process and, together with the municipality of Gazi Baba, to complete the urban planning documentation and signing of the contracts for construction and supervision by the Director of PE Water Supply and Sewerage.

3This is a challenging process that requires a great deal of coordination from all parties involved. But YES, we are ready to accept the challenge. This project is above all political interests and imperative if we want to be part of the European family – emphasized the Minister of Environment and Physical Planning Kaja Shukova.
