Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning in accordance with Article 90 paragraph 1 point 3 of the Law on Environment (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 53/2005, 81/2005, 24/2007, 159/2008, 83/2009, 48/2010, 124/2010, 51/2011, 123/2012, 93/2013, 187/2013, 42/2014, 44/2015, 129/2015, 39/2016, 99/2018 and Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 89/2022 and 171/2022) informs the interested public that the investor, the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning, with headquarters at the Square “Presveta Bogorodica” No.3, Skopje – Department for Sustainable Development and Ivestments, submitted the Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the project: Establishment of an integrated and financially self-sustaining waste management system in the Pelagonian and Southwest regions.
The study is available for inspection on the website of the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning with headquarters at Square “Presveta Bogorodica” No.3, Skopje on the website of the ministry, www.moepp.gov.mk and at infoeko@moepp.gov.mk and in the premises of the Municipality of Novaci.
The public debate of the Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the project: Establishment of an integrated and financially self-sustainable waste management system in the Pelagonian and Southwestern regions will be held on 31.10.2023 (Tuesday) in the large hall in the Municipality of Novaci, starting at 12:00.
